Lamb Shish Kebab Recipe (Kuzu Çöp Şis)

Directions

In a large bowl, combine the diced lamb, olive oil, minced garlic, yogurt, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, cumin, and paprika. Mix well and marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Thread the marinated lamb onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked to your desired doneness. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and alongside pita bread or rice.
