Spicy Tomato Dip Recipe (Acılı Ezme)

Directions

Finely chop the tomatoes, onions, and peppers and place them in a mixing bowl. Add the minced garlic and chopped parsley. In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Pour the dressing over the chopped vegetables and mix well until combined. Let it sit for about 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. Serve as a meze with pita bread or alongside grilled meats.
